Leadership in Risk Management

Our risk management training is delivered by senior business line practitioners who have managed regulatory engagements, and regulatory enforcement at the highest levels.  We have successfully engaged Boards and Excos with our Virtual Conduct Workshops and rolled out targeted training programmes to the remainder of the bank.

We focus on the commercial realities of risk management; bringing together the requisite systems, processes, communication, incentives and training to achieve optimal outcomes.  We make behavioural science accessible such that participants can understand how easy it is to make small, bad decisions which incrementally can create larger problems.
